Windfall Ranch, Japatul CA

Windfall Ranch, stretching across nearly 500 acres of the Japatul Valley Wilderness, presents boarders with a variety of equine interactions and experiences. Trail enthusiasts are offered miles of unlimited trails direct from the property through the Cleveland National Forest, providing breathtaking views of Horsethief Canyon, as well as refreshing dips in the Pine Valley Creek. For the competitor, Windfall Ranch hosts a variety of clinics throughout the year, not to mention the large sand area and multiple turnouts, all maintained weekly. Windfall Ranch also features spacious tack rooms, shade zones for relaxation, and security checks. Boarders and their hoofed friends can now enjoy 100x100 and larger paddocks! All hays and grasses served at Windfall Ranch arrive direct from the growing farm and stalls are cleaned daily. 

Bethany Pappani is not the only local trainer to now call this “home,” as Tracey Martino of Arrih Farms, has also joined Windfall Ranch.
