Our Policies:
50% of Total Payment due at Time of Reservation, to be held as Deposit
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance are fully refundable or may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made between 29 days to 14 days prior to event will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee which may be used as credit for a future booking within 60 days.
Any cancellation less than 14 days prior is subject to no refund and no future event credit.
All participants under the age of 18 years riding in carts or on horses are required to wear a safety helmet provided by Bethany Pappani Training.

“I just wanted to thank you guys for making my lil princess dream a reality! We are a family of 2 boys and one lil’ girl. We have always been very big on celebrating our kids’ birthday parties. We always plan our parties ahead 3 to 4 months due to we normally have them catered, hire entertainers, and all the extras. Our little girl was turning the BIG ‘5’ and this was an extremely important party for us…(this is when you guys come in)...
